Services

What I build, and what it costs to keep it running.

Four offers. Fixed prices. No hourly billing, no retainer you cannot leave, and no line item you have to ask about.

01 — The build

The standard site

$2,400 one-time

Five pages for one location, written and built from scratch. The goal is not a brochure. It is a phone call or a booked appointment from someone who found you on a phone at 9pm.

Two to three weeks from the kickoff call. 50% deposit, balance at launch.

Best for

One-location businesses doing $500k–$5M with no marketing hire. The current site is older than three years, hard to update, or missing a booking path.

Included

  • Five pages: Home, Services, About, Contact, plus a service-area or new-patient page
  • Copywriting from a 45-minute interview and your existing materials
  • Mobile-first build, tested on a real phone before launch
  • Booking request form with four fields, or call-only if you prefer
  • Click-to-call in the header and footer
  • Google Business Profile setup: categories, hours, services, first ten photos
  • Analytics with call and form events; a one-page guide to reading it
  • Two rounds of revisions and a launch walkthrough

Not included

Logo design, photography, paid ads, legal or medical copy review, and custom integrations such as a two-way scheduling API. These are quoted separately or handled by your existing vendors. I will tell you before we start if your project needs one.

02 — The groundwork

Local SEO foundation

$900 one-time

The unglamorous part: consistent listings, correct schema, and a Google Business Profile with real services and real photos. It is the difference between a site that exists and a site that gets found in the map pack.

Two weeks. Can run alongside a build or on its own.

Best for

A site that is structurally fine but invisible in local search, or a new build that needs the groundwork done properly the first time.

Included

  • Technical audit: indexation, page titles, internal links, mobile speed
  • LocalBusiness and Service schema, written and validated
  • 25 citation listings with matching name, address, and phone
  • Google Business Profile cleanup: categories, services, hours, attributes
  • Four profile posts drafted for the first month
  • One new service-area or service page of copy
  • 90-day priority list, ranked by effort and likely impact
  • Baseline report: current calls, forms, and profile actions where visible

Not included

Link buying, review-generation software, and guaranteed rankings. Nobody honest guarantees a map position; the list is what I would do next, in order.

03 — The upkeep

Care plan

$149 per month

Hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, backups, and one hour of edits a month. Send a change by email; most go out within one business day. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Required for the first three months after launch, then month to month.

Best for

Owners who do not want to think about DNS, certificates, or a broken form on a Saturday. Also for anyone who would rather email a change than learn a page builder.

Included

  • Hosting and SSL on a static host, no separate bill
  • Uptime monitoring and a restore point
  • One hour of edits per month: prices, staff, hours, photos, new copy
  • Monthly report: calls, form fills, and Google Business Profile actions
  • Broken-link and form-delivery checks
  • Annual review of page titles and service pages

Not included

New pages ($350 each), redesigns, and paid ads. Extra edit time is quoted before work starts; there is no automatic overage charge.

04 — After launch

Extra page

$350 per page

A new service page, a staff page, a financing page, or a location page. Written in the same voice and added to the navigation, schema, and sitemap.

One week per page after the copy is approved.

What counts as a page

One URL with its own copy and layout. A page that reuses an existing template with new text is $350. A custom calculator, booking flow, or interactive tool is quoted separately.

Ask about a specific page

The process, in detail

What actually happens, week by week.

01

The call — 30 minutes

You describe the business and the last three months. I ask what a new customer is worth, where calls come from now, and what the current site gets wrong. You leave with a fixed quote or a referral.

02

Draft — week one

I send a sitemap, a copy draft for every page, and the home page design. You comment in the browser. We settle the structure before anything is built.

03

Build — week two

Pages, booking, analytics, and the Google Business Profile. You get a staging URL and can watch it come together. Two rounds of changes are included; additional rounds are $90/hour.

04

Launch — week three

DNS cutover, SSL, a test call and test form, and a 20-minute walkthrough. Final invoice is due at launch. The care plan starts the day the site goes live.

What I need from you

Five things, and we can start.

  • Domain registrar login, or someone who can change DNS
  • Five to ten usable photos of the team, the building, or the work
  • Your service list and price ranges, even if the prices are not public
  • Insurance or payment plans you accept, in plain language
  • Forty-five minutes for the copy interview, and one person who can approve

If you do not have photos

I would rather use one honest photo of the actual shop than a gallery of stock images. A phone photo in good daylight is usually enough for launch; a photographer can be added later without a rebuild.

Ask what your project needs

Get a fixed quote, not a range.

Tell me the business, the town, and what the current site gets wrong. I will reply with a price and a start date, or say it is not a fit.
