Pricing
Prices, in plain numbers.
Four numbers cover most projects. Every quote is fixed in writing before work starts, and the scope is short enough to read on one page.
| Offer | Price | What is included | Timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| The standard site | $2,400 | Five pages, copy, booking form or call-only, click-to-call, analytics, Google Business Profile setup, two rounds of changes. | 2–3 weeks |
| Local SEO foundation | $900 | Technical audit, LocalBusiness and Service schema, 25 citations, profile cleanup, four posts, one new page of copy, 90-day list. | 2 weeks |
| Care plan | $149/mo | Hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, backups, one hour of edits a month, monthly report. Required for the first three months. | Starts at launch |
| Extra page | $350 | One page: copy, layout, navigation, schema, and sitemap entry. A service, staff, financing, or location page. | 1 week after copy |
How payment works
Half to start, half at launch. You get an invoice with the scope attached; there is no card on file and no automatic charge after the project. Extra pages and additional revision rounds are invoiced separately, only after you approve the price.
Additional revision rounds beyond the two included are $90/hour, quoted before work begins.
What is not included
- Logo design, brand identity, or print work
- Photography or video production
- Paid search, social ads, or review software
- Legal, medical, or financial copy review
- Custom booking APIs, calculators, or member logins
- Copy translation
If your project needs one of these, I will say so before the quote and either bring in a contractor or refer you.
Eight questions worth asking
The objections, answered directly.
If your question is not here, email it. You will get a plain answer, not a brochure.
$2,400 is more than I expected for five pages.
It is more than a template, and it should be. The price covers the copy, the booking path, the Google Business Profile, and about three weeks of work. One new patient or one HVAC replacement often covers it. If the budget is not there this year, the $900 local SEO foundation may be the better first step. I will tell you if the site can wait.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks from the kickoff call, assuming the copy is approved in week one. New photography or a large site migration adds about a week. The dates go in the agreement, and I do not book a second build in the same window.
Who writes the copy?
I do. A 45-minute interview, your existing materials, and a draft for every page. Two rounds of revisions are included, and you approve every word before launch. If you already have a writer, I will build around their copy instead.
I already have a site. Do I need a new one?
Not always. I start with a 20-minute audit of speed, mobile layout, the booking path, and your Google Business Profile. If the structure is sound, I quote the $900 SEO foundation instead of a rebuild. If it is a 2016 template with a contact form going to a shared inbox, a rebuild is usually cheaper than patching.
Where does hosting live, and what happens if I stop paying?
Hosting and SSL are included in the $149/month care plan, on a static host. There is no separate hosting bill. If you cancel, the site stays up through the paid month; after that you can move it to your own host, and I will help with the transfer. If you would rather keep your current host, the care plan is adjusted in writing.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. The domain, the content, the code, the analytics, and the Google Business Profile. On final payment I transfer admin access and hand over the repository. There is no export fee and no license to keep paying.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
A one-page agreement: scope, price, dates, and the 50% deposit. The care plan is month to month after the first three months, with 30 days' notice. There is no auto-renewal beyond that and no early-termination fee.
What results should I expect?
I do not guarantee rankings or a number of leads, and I will not pretend otherwise. I track calls, form fills, and Google Business Profile actions from day one, report them monthly, and fix what is not working. Local search is slow; 90 days is the first honest checkpoint. If the numbers are flat, we change the plan, not the invoice.
