Web studio for local service businesses

The site your customers judge you by.

A five-page website, a booking flow, and a Google Business Profile — written and built in two to three weeks for $2,400.

One operator. No account managers. No stock photos.

Three ways to work together

Start with the site, the search, or the upkeep.

Most owners start with the build. Some already have a site that works and need the local search groundwork. A few just want someone to keep the thing running.

01 — Build

The standard site

$2,400 one-time

Five pages, written and built for one location. Booking requests, click-to-call, and your Google Business Profile set up before launch.

  • Home, Services, About, Contact, plus one
  • Copy from a 45-minute interview
  • Booking form or call-only, your choice
What’s included

02 — Search

Local SEO foundation

$900 one-time

The groundwork that makes a good site findable: schema, consistent listings, and a Google Business Profile that is actually filled in.

  • LocalBusiness schema and technical audit
  • 25 citation listings, name and address matched
  • 90-day priority list you can keep
What’s included

03 — Upkeep

Care plan

$149 per month

Hosting, SSL, edits, and a monthly report. One hour of changes a month; most requests go out the same week.

  • Hosting and SSL included
  • One hour of edits monthly
  • Calls, forms, and profile actions reported
What’s included

What the site has to do

Three jobs, in this order.

01

Turn a search into a call.

A local search should end in a call, a direction request, or a form. The number sits in the header, tappable on a phone. The form asks four questions, not fourteen. Both are tracked from launch.

02

Look like the best option in town.

Customers compare competence before they compare price. Clean type, a page per service, and photographs of your actual team do more than a stock image of a handshake.

03

Not depend on you.

You should not log in to change a price or add a staff member. Send an email; edits are included in the care plan, usually within one business day.

The process

Four steps. Two to three weeks.

The timeline starts at the kickoff call, not at signing. If you need new photography or a large site migrated, that is quoted separately and scheduled before we start.

01

The call

Thirty minutes on what you sell, where you work, and what a good month looks like. I look at your current site and Google profile before we talk.

No deck. No discovery phase.

02

The draft

Week one: sitemap, page copy, and the home page design. You read it in the browser, not a PDF, and mark what is wrong.

Two rounds of changes included.

03

The build

Week two: all five pages, booking, analytics, and the Google Business Profile. You get a staging link and a launch date.

04

The launch

Week three: DNS, SSL, tracking checks, and a 20-minute walkthrough. You leave with admin access and a one-page guide.

Final payment is due at launch.

Who you are hiring

A small studio, on purpose.

You get one operator: no account manager, no junior handed the build after the sales call. The person who writes the page builds the page.

When a job needs a photographer, a custom booking integration, or a second read before launch, I bring in one of a small bench of contractors and name them on the quote. No invisible subcontracting.

More about how the studio works

Not a fit if…

You need a 40-page site, a logo, or a paid ads program. I will say so on the call and point you to someone who does that work well. The build is for one-location businesses that need five good pages and a booking path.

Tell me what a good month looks like.

A 30-minute call. If a new site is not the right spend this year, I will tell you that instead of selling you one.
